Rock the Dress 2010

Today marks 9 months of wedded bliss.  NINE WHOLE MONTHS! Where has the time gone?! I must say that it's been work but it's been the most rewarding this of my life. I love my husband and he loves me -- it's unconditional and non-judgemental. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my husband and the life we have together.
Last weekend -- after nearly NINE months of wedded bliss -- I FINALLY got around to getting a Rock the Dress shoot finished.  I LOVED wearing my dress again and creating a different look than my wedding day look.

::Some Thoughts::
{1}It was fun having a cathedral veil (which I DIY-ed) -- I AM SO happy I didn't have one on the big day.  It had been really windy and it would have been SUCH a pain back in March.  It was a lot of fun for my RTD.
{2}I loved having a hair flower.  It's such a fun accessory!  I made it too -- you can find that post here.
{3}If you are a bride-to-be or even a married lady of a few years, I would HIGHLY recommend doing this with your husband.  You don't have to destroy the dress and it's a great excuse to put it back on.
{4}We created a lot of shots that we didn't have time/backdrop for on the wedding day.
{5}I love my dress but more importantly I learned that my husband is an amazing man.  He loathes taking pictures but we ended up with a lot of great shots of the two of us. He really stuck it out because he knew it would make me happy =)
