Beer Koozie

So when we were growing up, my dad use to call tube tops a koozie for your ta-tas.  Yeah I know lol.  It's so funny now, it wasn't when I was 15, but like I said, it's a good memory now. I found this picture over at Crappy Taxidermy:

What is happening here?? I don't get it and it made my jaw drop, and then sent me into a fit of giggles.  Happy Friday people!
