Sissy's Bridal Shower

So this past Saturday I hosted my little sister's bridal shower.  I, along with the other bridesmaids, organized the party so that all the bridesmaids would be able to attend.
We had some delicious food and fun games.
We played a total of 5 games:

♥ Who Am I? ♥
You could only ask yes or no questions and you had to try to figure out who was on your card.
♥What is the bride-to-be wearing? ♥
Jess was asked to leave the room and everyone had to write down what the bride was wearing
♥ TP Wedding Dresses ♥

♥ 'Staches and Tiaras ♥
I asked both Jess and Doug a series of questions in advance.  Then I decided whose answers to use for the game.  I asked the question and then revealed the answer, asking the ladies if Jess, Doug or both said it. They then raised the mustache or the crown or both to their faces/heads to show their answer.  The person with the most correct won a prize =)

♥ Pass the Teddy ♥
I told the guests that it was like Hot Potato.  When the music stopped, whoever was holding the box had to unwrap one layer of wrapping paper.  This would continue until getting to the box.  The last time the music stopped, that person had to open the box had to try on the teddy for everyone =) What they didn't know is that it wasn't a teddy in the sense of lingerie -- Jess still thought so when she saw the fuzzy pop out of the box haha

She got to keep the bride teddy =)

We had a door prize: Jess decided who had the best hat and they received a prize. Hayley was the winner of a happy ECU Snuggie =)

I DIY-ed many aspects of the shower.
The hats for Hayley (who won), myself, my mom and the bride-to-be. I am going to have to take better pictures of some of them to show them off a little more =)

The 'Staches and Tiaras (with the help of Sissy and Mommy) -- which everyone had an absolute blast playing with!

The floral topiary

The cupcake stand

The favor-cakes -- They had Lindor Truffles and a DIY key chain in it.

I believe it was a highly successful party and the bride-to-be was over the moon excited and pleased with everything. I had so much fun hanging out with these wonderful ladies and planning a special party for my beautiful little sister.

I will be posting DIY stuff later this week  =) I hope y'all enjoyed the shower pictures and are having a wonderful week so far!

P.S. Sorry about some of the pictures being cell phones pics haha -- I forgot to upload/take some pictures but I really wanted to share =)
