Last weekend we celebrated a friend's birthday! The original plan was to head to a spring for the day but there were some boat issues that kept us from going. The decided to ditch the plan but still got up Saturday morning to fix the boat issue. We ended up in our boat and they took their boat and we headed to the sand bar on the local chain of lakes.
We took a grill and toasted up hot dogs and BTW the absolute most delicious snack to have on the water is Cool Ranch Doritos and ice cold fruit.
I love being outside and in the sunshine! I foresee a LOT more time on the sandbar and on the boat this summer!
