Longboard Island Lager

I tried my second beer of the six pack I bought last week: Longboard Island Lager.
It is described as: Exceptionally Smooth
Longboard Island Lager is a smooth refreshing lager fermented and aged for five weeks at cold temperatures to yield its exceptionally smooth flavor. A delicate, slightly spicy hop aroma complements the malty body of this beer. (Found here)I enjoyed this beer as well.  It was very smooth and refreshing (go figure -- that's what the description says).  My dad is a fan of this beer -- it seems as though we have the same taste in beer...hhmmmm.  The exception so far is Land Shark. Yuck!
Now I am 2 for 2 in my beer tasting and am excited to try more =)

This is a local Hawaii beer- and we had it at our wedding for our "island flavor". LOVE the taste and brings back so many fabulous memories! xoxo

Good luck! I'm not a real big beer fan... maybe someday. Although the saying, it's an acquired taste... who wants to drink it enough to actually acquire the taste.. LOL

I used to want to try all kinds of beer but quickly discovered, unless it's a light honey--I'm not a big fan. Give me a margarita or a glass of wine any day!

Yum, that beer sounds delicious ~ can't go wrong with smooth and refreshing! And the name makes me think of the beach, which is always a great thing! I will have to look for it in Ohio!

Sounds good! I just recently discovered Harpoon and like their UFO especially. It's fun trying new kinds.
